Last Ditch Effort Last Ditch Effort -- Posted by sgs19sixtysix@hotmail.com on 06-15-04 14:11
I reluctantly post the following. This is a bit off the subject so I
will keep it brief. Any response, questions or comments may reach me
at sgs19sixtysix@hotmail.com.
I am a 38 year old male living in Texas, and have three small
children for which I alone am responsible. I was a practicing
attorney for the last 11 or 12 years, but have been unable to practice
for the last year as I have battled Lymes disease since 1993. Anyone
familiar with the desease understand that it is a chronic illness
which is quite dibilitating. Still up until last year I was able to
maintain a practice, but was eventually hospitalized and put on a
resperator for several weeks as a result of a weekend immune syatem.
Since, I have gotten back home and am able to take care of the
children, but have exhausted my savings. I am loath to seek any sort
of welfare, as my mind is still quite agile, and I am convenced given
time I can be productive. I have several interesting ideas I would
eventually like to patten, and have in the past written some very well
recieved newsletters regarding the toxic culture, that I as an
attorney, have seen our children confronted with.
What I need more than anything is time, and as painful as it is I
am asking for any assistance that you good folks can spare. Security
seems such a dream at this point, but I must maintain my fath. Note,
I do not ask nor want anyone to help in any way that would take from
themself or their family resources that they require. This truly is a
last ditch attempt, as my parents are both deceased, and it is only in
goodfaith that I write this post. I welcome any comments or
suggestions or recomendations. My name is Stephen G. Smith, 4900 East
University, #1122, Odessa, Texas 79762.

Stephen,
If your story is true, which is impossible to
determine in such a media as this, you have my complete
understanding as one who has been in a similar
situation. I had to raise four children who were
between the ages of 5 and 12 after my wife left, and,
though I did not have the health problems you exhibit,
I was completely unequipped for this task. Social
services with their "help" made things go from very
difficult to almost impossible. Frankly I have no idea
how we got through it all, but we did.
Now, working again after nearly a year of
unemployment, I am barely able to sustain my own life,
much less to help my children with theirs, but I am
content. My sole purpose in writing this it to tell you
that, however impossible it seems, you can get through
it, and you will even see the benefit in the
experience.

It is nice to read this. It helps to know others have, and can get through it.

You might want to look into Orthomed mega dose vitamin C IV for reversing
Lymes disease.
