alllllllright! so, if i take this to a planned conclusion i wil have two choices:

either, i can 'wire' my head to receive calls without the need for an actual
telephone anymore,
or - i can gin up the level and glow in the dark, making it much safer to walk at
dusk....

hey! i almost missed it! if i glow in the dark and can transmit radio waves, does
that mean i have to get a broadcast license from the fed?
