I note the URL: http://24.13.130.125:89 on Comcast is wide open, and loaded
with virii and trojans... c-24-13-130-125.client.comcast.net

When I was a Comcast customer, I repeatedly sent them logs
showing that another comcast customer was rapidly spreading
(or trying to spread) the Nimda worm. Even talked to them
on the phone at least once. But it continued from the same
IP address for seven months (probably longer--that's when
I told them I didn't want their service anymore.
