I've been on embrel since 10/98 and it works but i just read that it works
up to 5 years!!! Since I've been on it for 6 years should i continue?

:-) You did not read that 5 years stuff here. We have people that post
here sometimes that were in the original study AND STILL USING ENBREL.
The answer to your question is,,, yes. Use a DMARD until it stops
controlling inflam.arth. and then today,,,, we have choices after that.

As long as the Enbrel is working and there are no complications keep taking it
as long as you doctor says to. You could also get a second opinion if you're
uncertain of continuing the Enbrel.
