Dear Kiki:
I am seeing my doctor on Monday and a rheumatologist in two weeks...do you
have any questions?
My doctor suspects I have some form of rheumatoid arthritis, but it could
just be osteo...I have problems with shoulder, jaw and now hands and feet
ache...
The rheumatologist I am seeing is said to be the very best..so I'll probably
at least get some info on new meds.
I am also a Pug lover...Take Care

Hi,,,, I have had 3 RDs over the years and they got better every time I
changed. I finally found one that does not mind my questions. Its all
about teamwork to keep ahead of what we have. Please be as open and
honest with your RD as you can. The doctor will be putting together all
the little parts that make up a picture of your health.
I have RA and have had it since I was 38 and am now 65. I have been
very lucky not to have any procedures that many people with RA have but
then,,,, I have always been taking several types of medicines to control my
immune system. I hope that you do not have this because there is no cure
and for now,,,, it will mean that you will be on powerful medicine for the
rest of your life.
Please read and post in news:alt.support.arthritis (click on that)
where lots of people get together to learn how to best live with the over180
types of arthritis conditions that a Rheumatologist handles best.
