Hello,
A family member is in her mid-50s and is suffering from
upper back pain, shoulder pain and neck pain
at times. She suspects she may also have problem
with joints.
We wanted to hear from others who have
tried these products:
1. Flexamin
2. Osteo Bi Flex
3. Nutrajoint
These contain glucosamine chondroitin and MSM.
Do they help at all?
Are there side effects to these things?
Please advice.

My advice is to point said family member in the direction of a
doctor/rheumatologist who may beable to prescibe something and will
also adise on the use of the above products.
