Hi,

My name is Perry Fields. I am a professional track athlete on the U.S.
Track and Field team. that had many health problems in the past
(including being overweight). I have gone through many illnesses and
after searching for many years, I have the answers now!

I write a FREE newsletter. All you have to do is sign-up. This is a
personal mission for me to help everyone who is tired of seeing
doctors and going through B.S. diets...hoping one will actually work.

http://www.lookandfeelgoodlifestyle.com Enjoy!

"Getting myself balanced was the best thing I ever did for myself! It
has changed my life."

This picture on the left is of me and it was taken before I was
at the pinnacle of my weight gain. I was fatigued all day long,
unhealthy and felt bad all the time. (See picture
www.lookandfeelgoodlifestyle.com). The picture on the right (Yes,
that's me!) is after I balanced my body through nutrition, fitness and
lifestyle changes! "Now, I feel great from the time I wake up in the
morning until I go to sleep at night!"

Look and Feel Good E-Zine- Been There, Done That! From women to women
about EVERYTHING they need to know about getting their bodies healthy
and balanced. This is ABSOLUTELY PRICELESS guidance a woman of any
age can benefit from about weight loss, fitness, & lifestyle, for a
more happier YOU!

Sincerely,

Perry Fields
