Herman Miller is way over priced. Global Chair in Toronto used to make a very good chair. I also believe I experience feeling less pain using my roomba robot vacuum. The newer models have a bigger dust bin, so I would recommend one of those. Not sure this will help. I have DDD and I went to Office Depot and actually sat in them and my boss bought the one I wanted. It wasn't the most expensive, it was quite reasonable. I tried the chairs designed for backs....most were rock hard or very expensive. My suggestion is to actually try the chair before you buy! Sam's is a good place to try too!
