Has anyone tried using Omega 3 products as an anti-inflammatory?

What was your results?

What would you recommend to look for in a Omega product?

well, i prefer the square faced bezel, but that's just my opinion - you
may like the look of a round faced watch....

other than that, a leather band, rather than the metal is, i have found,
more comfortable....
