Stiffness in the Morning

Stiffness in the Morning -- Posted by Robert on 12-04-04 13:07

Hi Folks

I get real stiff in the mornings. It started to happen in the last month or
so. Mostly in the hips and sometimes in the hands. I am very active so I do
not know why this would be happening to me.

Anyways, I am on Glucosomine and chondroitin. I take about 2000mg per day.

I would like to hear from those who have similar problem I do and what they
take in order to help with the discomfort.

I am not sure if the cold has anything to do with it. In addition, I would
also like to know if Omega 3 would help. I have heard of MSM, but it tastes
real fowl and have used a little of it.

Thanks in advance

See a Rheumatologist (arthritis doc) and find out soon. If you have an
inflam.arth.,,, its better to get started now with controlling it. Just do
not waste your time with Magnets or special rubs or what have you. Find out
for sure.
