i am 38 years old and i think i have some signs of arthritis. i started getting some bumps on my knuckles a few years back and now i get pain in my knees. i get these pains especially before it rains. is there anything i can do to prevent this from getting worse? i have an aunt who has it very... I went to a Rite Aid Pharmacy in the N. Va area and saw a coupon for a free Freestyle or Freestyle Flash meter. It wasn't any mail-in rebate, just free.
