I am very thankful I ran into peat therapy. I have very sore muscles
from my employment and was spending loads of money on a chiropractor
and massage therapist. My doctor told me to take a peat bath. I
bought the tube of peat and tried it! Wow! I must say - Im a firm
believer in the stuff. Pain was gone and my range of motion was
increased everywhere. I slept like a baby afterwards - fell asleep on
my back which is unheard of for me.

I bought it here - it is where my doctor buys it as well.

Now I got one for my wife to try - she has rheumatoid arthritis and a
chronic sprain on her ankle and after 3 peat soaks in a bucket of hot
water, she already is much improved - still some more to go but its
been months that she has been in pain. Her tendonitis is gone. Now
just to heal the ankle, not easy to do with RA, but we are getting
somewhere. The peat provides natural nutrients to the area - humic
acids and others.

THere are loads of testimonials about it on this website I found for it
- read them there and then read about the peat. I trusted my doc but I
wanted to learn more about this stuff. Taking a bath in peat sounded
kinda weird to me - but now it sure doesnt. Sounds weird not to. I
dont want to waste your time with more info here - this site has tons
of info on it. It seems hard to find here in the states even though it
is huge in Europe.

The history of peat healing pains in joints and full body is extensive.
The benefit of induced hyperthermia is part of the equation. Running
a hot bath and then placing peat in it maintains the temperature of the
bath water 6 times greater than water alone. This combined with the
massive nutrient load of the peat leads to the beneficial outcomes.
The nutrients in the peat, mainly humic and fulvic acids, penetrate the
skin and enter circulation. Studies have been done showing much
increased circulation in the uterine artery with peat as compared to
without. The therapy is new here in the states but in gaining momentum
fast - I found it at my doctors office - now it is becoming more and
more popular - especially in Seattle where natural therapies are
abundantly popular and successful.
