Why shout?

Another warning, the only person that is best served to hand out
health warnings to you is your doctor. Warning, failure to head this
advice will lead to you taking medical advice off just about anyone
you don't even know, and maybe even eating gin soaked raisens as a
arthritis cure, which will lead to the snake oil merchants sending you
a christmas card. Warning, watch your wallets.
