Hi Jade, I have scolisios myself. Last year, I have an arthritis attack for the first time in my life, that's what my rhumatologist called it. You need a specialist who knows what he doing. I am now taking taking Methotrextate, Vioxx and Losec now and I feel very well. I've been doing physiotheraphy as well. What a relieve! Just like Rolaids. The treatment first started with my GP when I had the attack, I was given 4 X Prednisone/day plus Vioxx. I had side effects with Prednisone (migraine, fatigue etc.) However where I was hurting it relieved me but it gave me pains somewhere else in my body. This is when my GP sent me to a rhuma. I know how you feel when you say that you cannot sit, sleep because you're hurting so bad, I had the same problems. One thing, I can suggest is not to go to a chiropractor. See a Rhumatologist, he knows what he's doing as he's a specialist. "Harvey R.
