What Newspapers Don't Tell ~ and Agents Won't Say

For Sale By Owners, "FSBO's," place themselves at substantial
risk when they invite -- so called -- home buyer prospects in to see
their homes for sale. While law enforcement officers discourage people
from opening their doors to people from "Off the street,"
newspapers are busy selling "Open House" and For Sale By Owner
advertising to na=EFve sellers who insist on doing it themselves -- to
save a buck.

Okay, so maybe the real estate agents split 5 to 7 percent of what they
sell your house for, if they market it for you. And, if they do not
tell you how dangerous house selling is, it may be that they fear that
they will alarm you, that you will take offense, and not "List with
them later" when you are unsuccessful in your own efforts? Can you
blame them?

Hey, I am not sugar coating this subject. It needs to be addressed,
even if you don't want to know the truth. Do you really think
"Street people," those on drugs and thieves; can not look
presentable enough to get into your house. They do it all of the time.
It's even easier for them -- and safer them -- than stealing from
stores. How do you think they get their merchandize to hock and sell on
the streets?

They normally come in to your house after they see other buyer
prospects are already inside. Or, if they are first, the crooks will
wait around long enough for others to arrive who will divert your
interest. Maybe, even their cohorts or cronies? They don't need to be
rocket scientists.

* A frightening reality based novel on the subject is available to read
at no charge to Arthritis & Disabled Internet users:
http://books.iuniverse.com/viewbooks.asp?isbn=3D0595287034&page=3Dfm1.

For Sale By Owners would be wise to consider reading it. Hey, if you
decide to buy this novel, I will likely make $1.54 in royalties from my
publisher. I don't need the money that badly. I do care about you,
and those that you love, getting hurt, or worse. I won't go there in
this brief article.
