My mother is 84 and has knee pain from osteoarthritis, which cox inhibitor
do you think would be the most effective for her?

You do not say if your 84 year old mother has any heart issues. We surely
should of learned something from the taking of Vioxx and Celebrex off the
market for awhile.

your know what Scullycat,It is not at all suprising for the person of
your mother's age to have osteoarthritis.She just need to do some
exercising(develop a walking programme)and stretching of muscles
which will give them enough strength to support the join.The idea of
cox inhibitors I can only give it thumbs up if they are meant for
treating the symptoms,and will recommend celecoxib or refocoxib.
I hope that knee pain stops worrying your mother.

you know what scullycat,it is not at all surpring for the person of
your mother age to have osteoarthritis.I think she can be helped by
some light exercising(develop a walking programme)and stretching of
muscle to give them enough strength to support the joints;But under
the guidence of a physician.The idea of cox inhibitors,I can only
support it if they are meant for treating the symptoms not for chronic
use,and I will recommend celecoxib or refocoxib.

exercising(develop awalking programme) and stretching of muscles will
help her;but before starting she must see her physician for
guidence.The idea of cox inhibitors,I can only give it thumbs up if
they are meant for supressing the symptoms(pain)and I will recommend
celecoxib or refocoxib.
