This study only reviewed patients for 24mths, not long enough to obtain
positive benefits in bone density following natural supplementation.
Besides, bone health requires synergy from quite a few nutrients,
including vitamin K, vitamin C, magnesium, zinc and potassium. The
elderly are often seriously deficient in a number of these. So the
study was really a waste of money, except for makers of osteo drugs.
