Has anyone had much luck using this to reduce pain
and inflammation?
How long does it take to get this out of my system before
I take aspirins or drink alcohol?

It has helped lots of people or they would not prescribe it but prescription
Naprosyn worked better for me. Both will give you ulcers,,, by the way...

What a questions.... Use your own good judgment and live or not with the
results. I used to work in a brewery and I never stopped drinking the free
beer but I believe in and practice moderation. I was also taking 3-500mg
prescription Naprosyn a day to keep working because at the time I did not
know I had RA.
Taking aspirin and IBU or Nap at the same time is not a good idea which
I am sure your doctor has told you but again,,, I have done it because I had
a sinus infection. Sorry,,,, no straight in a line answers.

For what it's worth, Splenda is an excellent replacement for equal and sweet
n low. It says on the label that it's diabetic safe. And it tastes more like
sugar than equal or sweet n low!

I'm a 45 year old male thats had type II diabetics for about 5 years.
Sometimes its hard to keep it under control because I tend to have
