Personal Recommendation Personal Recommendation -- Posted by Andrew on 05-30-04 12:18
Hi,
After a series of accidents in my youth which have resulted in incipient
arthritis in the hip I can honestly recommend FLP's Forever Freedom aloe
vera gel with glucosamine for the joints.
Best regards,
Andrew
Independent Distributor

PS yes, I do sell the stuff as an independent distributor and there is a
simple reason for it, I believe in it.

well, as funny as it is that Andrew Lishomwa would spam 'us' while using a
'spamprotection' addy - you still are in violation of this groups charter,
and thus get reported for abuse:

Hi Paul,
Please accept my apologies. I was not aware of the groups charter, I guess I
should have tried to find out before posting. I will avoid posting similar
here again, it was not intended to be 'spam' and I shall avoid any further
references to it. I would very much like to be removed from the abuse list,
what can I do to facilitate that? Should you wish to contact me directly my
email is alishomwa@[removethis]btinternet.com .
Sorry for any inconvenience caused,
Andrew

Andrew, you have already done the most important thing - comprehended the error
and stopped doing it!
In the future be aware that diff. groups have diff. rules and you will have to
abide by them, or it will boomerang on you -
for now, (were I in your shoes) I would send a copy of your retraction (and
heck, even this not to you) to your ISP and your web provider - most will
forgive a single transgression.
be well
Paul

Thanks Paul,
I am certainly not going to forget that in a hurry! I have sent copy of
retraction to both the ISP and web provider (incredibly difficult to get
through to the ISP to rat on myself for abuse, had a hard time explaining
what I wanted!)
Best regards,
Andrew
