Andrew, you have already done the most important thing - comprehended the error and stopped doing it! Thanks Paul, I am certainly not going to forget that in a hurry! I have sent copy of retraction to both the ISP and web provider (incredibly difficult to get through to the ISP to rat on myself for abuse, had a hard time explaining what I wanted!)
