Hi Stubby,
First, take care the back pain by either going to your trusted
chiropractor (Too many snake oil in that practice) or going to
accupuncture (I'm still phobia abvout needles but I like what I hear
about it). Second, If treadmill caused you backpain, then you should
change your cardio to use eliptical machine or rowing machine (these
machines should not have any impact to your body). Take care.

Well it worked when it had ephedrine in it but the drug companies took care
of that.
