one cup cooking sugar = ? milligrams of sugar one cup cooking sugar = ? milligrams of sugar -- Posted by hurricane surfin on 10-19-03 21:23
I was wondering if anyone could tell me about how many milligrams of sugar
are in one cup of sugar? I know this sounds wacky, but too many food /
condiment and medication items do not contan nutrition information, and I
can't find this trivial information anywhere.
Also, is sugar (food sugar) measured by it's dissolved form or is it
measured in its pure form?
Thank you
