I have not been keeping track so I can't give you the answer but I have seen
this question answered over at Alt.support.diabetes a number of times in the
past.

Drop in on the other newsgroup and post your question and you should get
many suggestions.

If you write to the other newsgroup it might help if mention if your meter
supports a direct computer hookup or if you are just looking for software
where you manually enter in the data as both kinds of software exist. Some
of the programs are directly from the companies that make the meters and
others are written by people just trying to help others.

I have nothing against this newsgroup but alt.support.diabetes has much
more going on in it. Almost too much at times but it does keep things
interesting.
