And follow their links.
There are others. These two are enough to get you going.
Also make sure you include some reading on glycemic load, because high
GI doesn't necessarily mean bad for you; other factors come into it.

Having read your question, I (a complete computer dummy) opened up Google,
typed in "Glycemic index" and was bombarded by hundreds and hundreds of
sites where the GI is posted.
If you did the same, you'd have a field day looking around.

Thanks Beav, I already did that and could not find a simple list. I found a
spreadsheet with many hundreds of foods but I was looking for something more
reasonable,

I've been diagnosed with osteo on the small, end knuckles of my
fingers. It probably came from previously injuries.
What is disturbing is that it sometimes starts with a large, "bubble"
