I am new to this group. I was just diagnosed with type 2 last week and have
been trying to find all the information that I can on this. I am glad I
found this and other groups.

However, besides reading, I should take an active role in meal planning.
Problem is, every diabetic recipe has these exchange listings. Where and
how do I find information on the food exchange and allowables?

Thanks for the help.

Lyle

Here's the link to the Google search:

There's a lot of info, so that you can choose what's right for you.
Also, do you have a endocrinologist that you see? Maybe he/she can help
you with that information.

Hope that helped.
