DIABETES (TYPE II)

DIABETES (TYPE II) -- Posted by David Leonard on 08-27-04 07:39

I am inviting four patients suffering from Diabetes Type II to a focus
group in New York City. Here are the specifics:

The 45-minute interview will be held at our facility at Fifth Avenue and
21st Street, in Manhattan, on Tuesday, September 7th, at any time of day
that is convenient for the patient. Each participant will receive $75
in cash as a thank-you for their time and trouble. The discussion will
focus on the effectiveness of Healthcare relative to Diabetes.

The only requirements are that the patient be 30-65 years of age, born
in the United States, and must be taking oral meds--either alone or in
addition to insulin.

If you or anyone you know might be interested, please call me at my home
office--212.289.0087.

I promise that this is not a sales presentation--strictly medical
marketing research--all we're interested in is your opinion.

Thanks so much,
David Leonard
