There is a new plan offered nationwide that is "simplified issue" meaning
they will accept most people, including diabetics. Reason? It is an
employer group plan. Employers cannot exclude employees due to health.
It is good in any state and accepted by all doctors. Doctors do not have to
be contracted to receive payment.
But you do not have to be an employer or employee. You are automatically
put into a national group that acts as the "employer"
This plan covers
Dr. visits
Drugs - no cap/ no deductible (including diabetic meds)
also has Canadian mail away
Hospital stay
Surgery
Nursing home
Rates
Single $195 /mo
Married couple - $375
Single parent with children - $325
Family - $488

I have Neuropathy in my legs pretty bad and recently I went to a pain
management group. I am now scheduled to have an LSB (Lumbar Sympathetic
Block) done.
Does anyone have any experience with these?
