Geodon and diabetes Geodon and diabetes -- Posted by kr0 on 09-15-04 07:57
I know that there can be side effect issues with a number of drugs. I was
wondering if anyone has heard of the blood sugar related issues from Geodon?
It is an antipsychotic used for treating schizophrenia. I was checking out
some sites and found that
http://www.bigclassaction.com/class_action/geodon.html had some interesting
info on the connection to hyperglycemia and diabetes. There are a couple of
good links to pdf pages about Geodon and an FDA warning. I thought this
might be of interest to check out. The site itself is one that offers free
case evaluations for those who may need legal help.

I hadn't heard about Geodon. Zyprexa is the one that is linked to diabetes.
Have you tried Risperdal?
