Could someone please tell me the list to follow regarding which is Low and
Which is high. I took by blood sugar last it was 145. Then I took ir this
morning and it was 248. Can someone supply me with some sort of chart

The unit used in the Us is milligrams/deciliter, for historical reasons.
Normal not right after a meal is 80 to 110, and both those numbers are high,
although the 145 is not incredibly high.
Renal threshold, where you typically start spilling glucose in your urine
and getting thirsty all the time, is about 200. This number and others are
available at the ADA website, www.ada.org,

Hi,
I am pretty sure by now that when my blood sugar gets low so does my
disposition. In other words, if I am feeling cranky, irritable, shaky,
stomach empty, and take a glucose reading it's usually on the low side, ie,
high 90's-low100's. At least I think this is the case although I'm fairly
