About an hour later,, Nico KG gave you a very good reply. Your question
shows that you have a great deal to learn about what is taking place and it
also shows your doctor has not done his/her job very well.
I know the morning reading can really confuse a person. Been there,
done that. It all depends on what your liver does while you sleep. I have
found that if I take my Glucovance about an hour before I go to bed my type
2 readings are in the normal range in the morning 100-120. The most time
in the normal range during our day is what we strive for.

Do you have type 1 or 2?
Do you take any kind of medicine for it?
Has your doctor talked to you about exercise and diet?
