The appropriate action that Herbalife takes, of course, is to circular file
the complaint and say they've "taken action" while they take their healthy
percentage of whatever sales in that pyramid scheme makes that the spammer
can manage. In particular, the next set of victims recruited by the spammer
are still profitable to the company, even if they cancel the spammer's
account with them.

Haven't you ever looked into how pyramid schemes work, such as Amway and
Herbalife? Or how such schemes make a big chunk of their profits by selling
their "corporate supplies" to the new suckers, telling them it will help
their business but the suckers never actually make money on it?

WOW!
I didn't realize that HerbalLife had stooped that low. Youmust have
had a very negative expierience with either Amway or Herbal Life. My
husband and I lost our first house because of Amway and now they have
disguised it so that "newbies" don't recognize it . Have you heard of
Quickstar or Start ? That is what they call Amway now. E-mail me at
bhc@gemstar.net

Thanks,

You should be on an exercise program too. It will help you continue to lose
weight as well as boost your health in other ways.

Thanks for the advice Patricia.
I have started to go to the gym 3 times a week doing 20 mins aerobic
exercise. I know this is not enough, but it is a start, and I plan to
increase it gradually. The doctor wants me to get to a min. of 30 mins a
day, three times a week.

As a general response to the feedback I have received to my posting, some
supportive, some vitriolic, I want to say the following for the record:

The product I have been promoting IS Herbalife.
The website I gave in the posting IS mine.
The results I gave ARE true.

I naively thought that sharing something I have found to work for me would
be a good thing. However I should not have given my website because that
leads to the obvious conclusion that I am making wild claims to attract
people to my website.

I know that there is nothing better than a healthy, balanced diet for
diabetics, but after almost 10 years of diabetes and still over 340 lbs I
was prepared to try anything. The product works for me. While it continues
to work for me I shall promote it, although I will not give me website in
subsequent postings and will declare my interest to anyone who responds.

I strongly suggest you find and read the individual charters of each of
the groups you spam, because if you continue with that course of action
you are likely to have isp TOS problems - in fact that may already be
happening.
