Hi there all,
I am a 4th year medical student at the University of Utah going
into family practice. One of the projects that we do for our fourth
year is to create a unique project that will help the community. I
decided to create a website dealing withh obesity and weightloss. The
site is a free resource that has an interactive food diary, a food
database of 6,600 foods, an activity database of 700 activities, a body
mass index calculator, a daily caloric needs calculator, helpful tips
and articles, and links to other resources.
The site is located at ActiveHealthyLifestyle.net.
