Well, personally, I drink the el cheapo store brand from whatever store I'm in. In the states, they all contain aspartame, and that doesn't bother me. If you have bad side effects from it, you should avoid it. If you don't have bad side effects from it, you should not worry about it. If anyone says " effects", and they don't indicate that they personally have experienced the effects in question, and cannot cite a reputable, refereed scientific journal as a source, just add that individual to your killfile and drive on. A lot of the toxic shrieking on sweeteners is from whackjobs, especially Betty Martini and her disciple or two shrieking about Aspartame. Stay calm. Can you still get anything with cyclamates in Canada? It got banned in the US, but the experiments turned out to be ludicrously flawed. Getting it *un*banned is politically out of the question, drat it....
