this is what scammers bet on, prey on the fears and desperation of
people who are suffering and desperate to find anything that might
promise even the slimiest spark of hope. and then include the excuse
"mind the fact though, that a person may have to go through a lot of
things that don't work." Namely the crap the scammers are selling.

I notice that the websites you list below all end in ".org" Is there a
