I am new here but there seems to be a lot of different Diabetic
Newsgroups. Are there any real differences?

Thanks
Michael

alt.support.diabetes and misc.health.diabetes are the ones
where you'll find most of the messages. asd is for support
from other diabetics and mhd is for reports on the science
involved. The rest are less used.

Actually, mhd os used for a lot, including report and science. It's major
no-no is spamming, and it's considerably crankier against alternative
medicines than ahd is.

I know of a good website that deals with diabetes, pancreatitis and
chronic pain. They have a lot of good links as well as a Message
Board.

The URL is www.chronicpancreatitis.net Hope you like it as much as I
do.
