Lost program

I had a free program that you could enter your blood glucose level in and it
would generate a graph. Unfortunatly it was lost when the puter crasher.
Anyone know how to get it back? Thanks Pete

Anyone had any type of surgery or procedure other than replacement for joint
popping out of place? Have been told do not need replacement and to do
