urgent help needed - blood circulation problems -- Posted by sahba.sanai@gmail.com on 08-15-05 06:33

CONTEXT: my grandmother is a long time diabetic and renal insufficiency
patient.

LOCATION OF WOUND: weeks ago, she somehow made a small wound on the
back of her right foot's heel. more precisely, it is located on the
exact opposite end of her toes.

PROBLEM: she has been seing pro help, but the wound has since gotten
bigger, and it is now evident that dead tissue is spreading.

HELP REQUEST: we have been told that we need to massage the foot so as
to increase blood circulation to that area of the foot - but i don't
know what way of massaging is best to do that! can anyone help us out?
thank you.
