Duragesic fentanyl patch overdose

Apparently there is an issue with the Duragesic fentanyl time release pain
patch releasing a full dose, which can cause an overdose. Janssen
Pharmaceutical Products has issued a recall of a number of the defective
patches. If you go to https://www.lawyersandsettlements.com/case/duragesic
there is more information on this, the specific patches involved, as well as
what can be done about it. There is also a free case evaluation provided for
